THY-TM-26M gearless permanent magnet synchronous elevator traction machine complies with the corresponding standards of GB7588-2003 (equivalent to EN81-1:1998), GB/T21739-2008 and GB/T24478-2009. The electromagnetic brake model corresponding to the traction machine is EMFR DC110V/2.1A, which conforms to the EN81-1/GB7588 standard. It is suitable for elevators with a load capacity of 450KG~800KG and an elevator speed of 0.63-2.5m/s.

Installation Environment

This traction machine must meet the following installation environment:

1. The altitude does not exceed 1000m. If the altitude exceeds 1000m, the traction machine needs special design, and the user needs to declare in writing when ordering;

2. The air temperature in the machine room should be kept at 540;

3. The highest monthly average relative humidity of the environment should not exceed 90%, and the monthly average lowest temperature of the month should not be higher than 25;

4. The deviation of the power supply voltage fluctuation from the rated value does not exceed ±7%;

5. The ambient air should not contain corrosive and flammable gases;

6. No lubricant and other impurities are applied to the surface of the traction wire rope;

7. The quality of the car and the counterweight and the wrap angle of the wire rope on the traction sheave should meet the requirements of the relevant standards;
